In the 19thth minute of the game Bradley Blueman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Northern California's Santos Mino was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Albert Godsall took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonathan Bernaldo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Albert Godsall showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leandro Haritzeder, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. The supporters of Northern California booed when Egg Chasers FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Harry Hilditch didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 26 minutes of play, Egg Chasers FC's Bradley Blueman made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Santos Mino was left in no man's land by his defense there! Alistair Riley hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Egg Chasers FC's Albert Godsall played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Geronimo Oton in the 36th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Sergio Heriberto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Albert Godsall was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game. When the match had gone on for 43 minutes, Sergio Heriberto put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Albert Godsall.
