The referee ignored FC Hackspett U21's protests and gave Magnus Grubb a yellow card for diving instead. After 11 played minutes FC Hackspett U21 got a freekick which was hit by Magnus Grubb. Walmir Braga's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Joachim Holmgren read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. Miromir Szostak recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bøje Dyssen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ye Feng Feng in the 18th minute of the match. Shi Li Sha could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Bøje Dyssen made a huge save. 21 minutes into the match, Shi Li Sha had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bøje Dyssen. Monks in Robes's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Shi Li Sha was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Bøje Dyssen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ye Feng Feng in the 26th minute of the match. Bøje Dyssen had great luck who in the 26thth minute grab hold of the ball when Ye Feng Feng from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Shi Li Sha in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bøje Dyssen saved Monks in Robes from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Shi Li Sha's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bøje Dyssen was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. With an all-out effort, FC Hackspett U21's Bøje Dyssen threw himself towards the right post 33 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ye Feng Feng, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 37th minute, Sune Heidal left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Monks in Robes fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Joachim Holmgren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sune Heidal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 42nd minute of the game Walmir Braga made a throw-in which Reinar Lennild played forward. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Shi Li Sha to make the kick off. Wilhelm Kilberg hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Wilhelm Kilberg's late challenge caught a Monks in Robes's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wilhelm Kilberg helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, FC Hackspett U21's Wilhelm Kilberg got a free kick in the 59th minute. The referee felt a red card was in order, 63 minutes into the game, when Hernani Sabóia put in a rough tackle. With his leg Joachim Holmgren managed to avoid a goal in the 64thth minute, when Monks in Robes's Sune Heidal fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The supporters of Monks in Robes booed when FC Hackspett U21 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Göran Ekelund didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 66th minute, Göran Ekelund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bøje Dyssen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ye Feng Feng in the 72nd minute of the match. 74 minutes into the match, Miromir Szostak notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Monks in Robes's Bøje Dyssen. Bøje Dyssen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. FC Hackspett U21 made a substitution. Edvard Klemensson replaced Ye Feng Feng. Edvard Klemensson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Bøje Dyssen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Sune Heidal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 96 played minutes FC Hackspett U21 got a freekick which was hit by Kara Melo. Monks in Robes's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
