Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Lukas Apelkvist started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Bo-Erik Sjöö kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. In the 3rd minute of the match Jean-Pierre Halter shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Stig Brask showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. A hard shot by Lukas Apelkvist from long distance, 10 minutes into the match, got Jérémie Millier's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In the 14th minute, Bo-Erik Sjöö made a precise shot to the right of Jérémie Millier. Deus Ex Machina's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Deus Ex Machina's attentive Simon Moy managed to snatch the ball when Kjell Klintæus made a throw-in in the 23rd minute of the game. Carlos Julienne kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. After having played for 28 minutes, Bo-Erik Sjöö managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Haymakers FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bo-Erik Sjöö was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jean-Pierre Halter blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Stig Brask having to make a save. After 37 minutes of play, Deus Ex Machina's Jean-Pierre Halter made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Stig Brask was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Deus Ex Machina's Carlos Julienne got a free kick in the 40th minute. Jérémie Millier made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jarl Granström in the 43rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jean-Pierre Halter in the 44th minute of play forced Haymakers FC's goalkeeper Stig Brask to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lukas Apelkvist kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jean-Pierre Halter was the one to do the kick off. Jérémie Millier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bo-Erik Sjöö in the 51st minute of play. Freddy Rouvrais charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Freddy Rouvrais the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Freddy Rouvrais hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. In the 57th minute, Kjell Klintæus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Deus Ex Machina's Jim Caze got a free kick in the 62nd minute. In the 66th minute Bo-Erik Sjöö shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jérémie Millier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jean-Pierre Halter got free with Stig Brask in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Freddy Rouvrais hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. During the 73rd minute of the match Freddy Rouvrais completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Freddy Rouvrais a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 74th minute, Freddy Rouvrais hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 91 played minutes Haymakers FC got a freekick which was hit by Roger Broman. Carlos Julienne could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Stig Brask made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Haymakers FC's zone, Carlos Julienne stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Stig Brask came out of the goal and Carlos Julienne tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the final whistle went the supporters of Deus Ex Machina were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Haymakers FC side.
