Tiago Gabriel da Cunha was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Simão de Senna's late challenge caught a Egg Chasers FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Simão de Senna helped the player get up and apologised. In the 10th match minute, S.E YAGOSHOW was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Simão de Senna to maneuver through the defense. 12 minutes into the game, Jay Palmer was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Egg Chasers FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave S.E YAGOSHOW the free kick. After 12 played minutes Egg Chasers FC got a freekick which was hit by Jay Palmer. 19 minutes into the match, Egg Chasers FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sidnei Souto came free, but Edward Preston reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 21st minute, Danny Booth ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tiago Gabriel da Cunha was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. 28 minutes into the match, S.E YAGOSHOW's goal looked a bit too open when Pete Partridge came free, but Tiago Gabriel da Cunha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 29th match minute, S.E YAGOSHOW was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Válbson Godoi to maneuver through the defense. When Egg Chasers FC's Jay Palmer in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye S.E YAGOSHOW's goalie prevented a goal. Pete Partridge recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 36th minute Danny Booth shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiago Gabriel da Cunha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gareth Rowe during the 39th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 39th minute, Gareth Rowe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sidnei Souto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edward Preston having to interfere. Egg Chasers FC's Jay Palmer got his second yellow card of the match in the 41st minute. The referee ordered Jay Palmer off the ground. The supporters of S.E YAGOSHOW booed when Egg Chasers FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jay Palmer didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 42 played minutes, S.E YAGOSHOW's Válbson Godoi shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Edward Preston came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in S.E YAGOSHOW reached it. Válter Moreira kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. In the 45th minute, Don Major sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and S.E YAGOSHOW's Tiago Gabriel da Cunha didn't even have to move. Simão de Senna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Edward Preston tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half Egg Chasers FC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When S.E YAGOSHOW's Simão de Senna in 75 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Edward Preston guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. When Danny Booth came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Egg Chasers FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Danny Booth couldn't finish the play. In the 80th minute, Danny Booth ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tiago Gabriel da Cunha was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. Egg Chasers FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
