It was Juanito Gabucio who took care of the corner kick. Eloi Fontanella was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. After 14 played minutes istanbulls got a freekick which was hit by Nadir Yalvaç. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luís Senna in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jesus Sayveon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Göksel Canfeda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eloi Fontanella in the 36th minute of play. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 95 minutes into the match, Eloi Fontanella notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of istanbulls's Göksel Canfeda. Göksel Canfeda was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. istanbulls's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
