Cascade Park West's Dario Wilhelm played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martinez Cines in the 6th minute of play. In the 8th minute, Esmeraldas S.C.'s goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Amir Lee fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Stefanos Terzopoulos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dario Wilhelm having to interfere. A nice corner shot did that Dexter Benton got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Aguinaga Nebot quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Cascade Park West's Dario Wilhelm played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damian Maftei in the 22nd minute of play. Rolland Hobbs charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rolland Hobbs the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 23 played minutes Cascade Park West got a freekick which was hit by Rolland Hobbs. Martinez Cines might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dario Wilhelm. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Martinez Cines ran back to his position shaking his head. Dario Wilhelm took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damian Maftei, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. İbrahim Volkan took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dario Wilhelm. Dario Wilhelm dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Cascade Park West's Dario Wilhelm played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martinez Cines in the 35th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damian Maftei in the 38th minute of play forced Cascade Park West's goalkeeper Dario Wilhelm to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 38th minute, Damian Maftei left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Esmeraldas S.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Esmeraldas S.C.'s Aguinaga Nebot proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Esmeraldas S.C. from getting a goal against them. In the 46th minute İbrahim Volkan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dario Wilhelm saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dario Wilhelm took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damian Maftei, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when İbrahim Volkan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With an all-out effort, Esmeraldas S.C.'s Dario Wilhelm threw himself towards the right post 50 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Damian Maftei, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 51st minute, Pinto Cubria hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aguinaga Nebot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Waldo Renteria, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Through an outstanding action, after 57 minutes, Dario Wilhelm successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 59 minutes into the match, Cascade Park West's goal looked a bit too open when Damian Maftei came free, but Dario Wilhelm reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Esmeraldas S.C.'s İbrahim Volkan got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Dario Wilhelm made an important save on a dangerous shot by İbrahim Volkan in the 74th minute. Pinto Cubria hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Esmeraldas S.C. defense, Amir Lee kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aguinaga Nebot. The Esmeraldas S.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aguinaga Nebot should have stopped the shot. Dario Wilhelm made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from İbrahim Volkan in the 79th minute of play. After 80 minutes Cascade Park West's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Niki Borda who took care of the corner kick. After 82 minutes, Ghitã Fratea mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Esmeraldas S.C. and the Cascade Park West players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 83 played minutes Esmeraldas S.C. got a freekick which was hit by Ghitã Fratea. Dario Wilhelm showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damian Maftei, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by İbrahim Volkan in the 88th minute of play forced Cascade Park West's goalkeeper Dario Wilhelm to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ghitã Fratea hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. After having played for 92 minutes, İbrahim Volkan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Esmeraldas S.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but İbrahim Volkan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 94 minutes into the match, Cascade Park West's goal looked a bit too open when Damian Maftei came free, but Dario Wilhelm reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the final whistle sounded Esmeraldas S.C. left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Cascade Park West.
