Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when İbrahim Volkan got the match started through his kick off. In the 3rd minute Luis Bonet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aguinaga Nebot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 11 minutes into the match, Esmeraldas S.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Luis Bonet came free, but Aguinaga Nebot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luis Bonet scored 0-1 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aguinaga Nebot, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 16 minutes into the match, Daustad's goal looked a bit too open when Damian Maftei came free, but Jo Øverås reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luis Bonet might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aguinaga Nebot. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Luis Bonet ran back to his position shaking his head. Esmeraldas S.C.'s Aguinaga Nebot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Bonet in the 19th minute of play. In the 23rd minute, Luis Bonet made a precise shot to the right of Aguinaga Nebot. Esmeraldas S.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when İbrahim Volkan got free with Jo Øverås in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Aguinaga Nebot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mieszko Pilsudski in the 29th minute of play. In the 32nd minute Damian Maftei shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jo Øverås saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ramos Marron got a throw-in 34 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Niki Borda. After 42 played minutes Daustad got a freekick which was hit by Mats Bentsen. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Luis Bonet made a kick off. 51 minutes into the game, Luis Bonet cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Aguinaga Nebot was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 64th minute İbrahim Volkan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jo Øverås saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luis Bonet in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aguinaga Nebot saved Esmeraldas S.C. from getting behind. After 70 minutes of play, Esmeraldas S.C.'s Damian Maftei made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jo Øverås was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some careless play in the Esmeraldas S.C. defense, Luis Bonet kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aguinaga Nebot. The Esmeraldas S.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aguinaga Nebot should have stopped the shot. Daustad were awarded a corner in the 79th minute after Esmeraldas S.C.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Mats Bentsen took the corner. In the 82nd minute of the game Ramos Marron made a throw-in which Niki Borda played forward. In the 84thth minute of the game Damian Maftei who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Daustad's Jo Øverås was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Luis Bonet's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aguinaga Nebot read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 85th minute of play. The corner ended in Mats Bentsen almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Esmeraldas S.C.'s Aguinaga Nebot did a great save. Mieszko Pilsudski kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match.
