The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 16th minute of the match El Stradivarius got a corner. Cha Fe FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Angelo Goren ran over to the corner to take the kick. Elvio Pacho made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eugenio Saturnin in the 17th minute. Elvio Pacho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Igor Jarmulowicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. El Stradivarius's Jedrzej Galus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Achille Tripodi in the 29th minute of play. Elvio Pacho made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Angelo Goren sent off a good shot on target. Teobaldo Phelipe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Jedrzej Galus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eugenio Bermund during the 47th minute. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Angelo Goren stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Guillermo Barros-Schelloto in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Elvio Pacho saved Cha Fe FC from getting behind. The Cha Fe FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
