Eleuterio Lambertos short, quick shot in the 30thth minute got Aureliano Pacifico to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Academia Club's Aureliano Pacifico played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diego Tajo in the 31st minute of play. In the 32ndth minute of the game Diego Tajo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Academia Club's Aureliano Pacifico was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 40 minutes, Eriberto Florinio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Achtung Babies and the Academia Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

Academia Club's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. 90 minutes into the match, Academia Club's goal looked a bit too open when Diego Tajo came free, but Aureliano Pacifico reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Academia Club getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Florencio Telesforo hit a great ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Achtung Babies fully deserved thier win.
