Peter Flaa had several of the Scotland's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 12 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 4-0 score and a disappointed Alexander Higgins as he didn't even see the shot coming. Peter Flaa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Alexander Higgins made a huge save. In the 18th match minute, FC Pirates was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Toshko Dzhorgov to maneuver through the defense. Peter Flaa scored 5-0 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alexander Higgins, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 23 minutes into the game, Peter Flaa recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Alexander Higgins. Peter Flaa showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 6-0. A sloppy throw-in by Kian MacGregor in the 26th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by FC Pirates's Matey Bochkov. The crowd rose to their feet as Peter Flaa kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Alexander Higgins. That made the score 7-0 in the 28 minute of play. Alexander Higgins made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 9-0. In the 41st minute, FC Pirates's Peter Flaa dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 10-0. In the 47th minute, Peter Flaa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Pirates fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 11-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Zac O'Donnell to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bayan Pantev in the 54th minute of play forced Scotland's goalkeeper Alexander Higgins to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 55th match minute, Scotland was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zac O'Donnell to maneuver through the defense. 57 minutes into the match, Peter Flaa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alexander Higgins. Scotland's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Peter Flaa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 12-0. Kian MacGregor made in the 62nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by FC Pirates's Matey Bochkov. After some careless play in the Scotland defense, Peter Flaa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alexander Higgins. The Scotland fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alexander Higgins should have stopped the shot. In the 68th minute, Peter Flaa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Pirates fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 14-0. 71 minutes into the match, FC Pirates's Peter Flaa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alexander Higgins narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 72 minutes into the match, Peter Flaa notched a goal, 15-0, to the right of Scotland's Alexander Higgins. Alexander Higgins was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. FC Pirates's Antoni Marichkov was substituted for Peter Flaa. In the 86th minute, Antoni Marichkov ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alexander Higgins was frozen by the shot and now it was 17-0. Bayan Pantev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Alexander Higgins tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Antoni Marichkov in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alexander Higgins saved Scotland from getting behind. 97 minutes into the match, Antoni Marichkov notched a goal, 18-0, to the right of Scotland's Alexander Higgins. Alexander Higgins was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. FC Pirates fully deserved thier win.
