Cezary Kasiewski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dominik Kasperowicz having to interfere. Lucjan Werra scored 1-0 in the 5th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dominik Kasperowicz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Cezary Kasiewski managed to get in a good position for a shot. GKS Katowice's supporters rose to their feet, but Cezary Kasiewski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dominik Kasperowicz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 18th play minutes Cezary Kasiewski shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Dominik Kasperowicz and just under the crossbar into goal. Lucjan Werra recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Schönberg booed when GKS Katowice was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Olgierd Cwojdak didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 28th minute, GKS Katowice's Cezary Kasiewski dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cezary Kasiewski in the 32nd minute of play forced Schönberg's goalkeeper Dominik Kasperowicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the GKS Katowice defense, Zachary Jaszcz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Betão Pontes. The GKS Katowice fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Betão Pontes should have stopped the shot. Robert Kolbert kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. In the 39th minute, Lucjan Werra got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dominik Kasperowicz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cezary Kasiewski went, in the 42nd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. The supporters of GKS Katowice booed when Schönberg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wojciech Mocko didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dominik Kasperowicz was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Dominik Brysz. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Zachary Jaszcz made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Zachary Jaszcz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Betão Pontes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 52 minutes into the match, GKS Katowice's goal looked a bit too open when Zachary Jaszcz came free, but Betão Pontes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 53 minutes into the game, Cezary Kasiewski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Dominik Kasperowicz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in Schönberg's zone, Cezary Kasiewski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dominik Kasperowicz came out of the goal and Cezary Kasiewski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Schönberg's Dominik Kasperowicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucjan Werra in the 63rd minute of play. Cezary Kasiewski struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Dominik Kasperowicz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for GKS Katowice. Zachary Jaszcz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Betão Pontes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. Pankracy Wawrukiewicz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Betão Pontes having to interfere. GKS Katowice's Ludomir Zacharek was substituted for Cezary Kasiewski. After having played for 74 minutes, Lucjan Werra managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GKS Katowice's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lucjan Werra was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match clock showed 77 minutes, the score became 8-1 when Lucjan Werra sped through Schönberg's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Dominik Kasperowicz. The supporters of Schönberg booed when GKS Katowice was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Borys Kiszkiel didn't get a good kick on the ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. GKS Katowice had played much better football throughout.
