After having played for 3 minutes, Filip Bammerman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Korsband's supporters crossed their fingers, but Filip Bammerman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Noel Gameiro in the 7th minute of play forced FC Korsband's goalkeeper Joseph Bröms to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paulino Abrantes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Filip Bammerman's shot from short distance in the 9th minute. FC Korsband's Joseph Bröms played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Noel Gameiro in the 12th minute of play. 13 minutes into the game, ARC Valdevez's Hermenegildo Camargo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Joseph Bröms made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After 16 played minutes ARC Valdevez got a freekick which was hit by Noel Gameiro. The supporters of ARC Valdevez booed when FC Korsband was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Richard Lange didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, ARC Valdevez's Moisés Cardoso got a free kick in the 24th minute. In the 26th minute, Birger Axelsson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Paulino Abrantes was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. If Robert Sjödin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hermenegildo Camargo in the 31st minute of play forced FC Korsband's goalkeeper Joseph Bröms to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paulino Abrantes came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Korsband's Filip Bammerman. But to his dismay, Filip Bammerman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Noel Gameiro scored 3-2 in the 41st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Joseph Bröms, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Birger Axelsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Korsband's supporters rose to their feet, but Birger Axelsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Paulino Abrantes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Filip Bammerman to strike the kick off in the second half. Hermenegildo Camargo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Joseph Bröms made a huge save. After 53 played minutes, FC Korsband's Ludwig Käller shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Paulino Abrantes came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC Korsband reached it. Joseph Bröms made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hermenegildo Camargo in the 55th minute. Basílio Teixeira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Joseph Bröms tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 61 minutes of play, ARC Valdevez's Noel Gameiro made it 3-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Joseph Bröms was left in no man's land by his defense there! Robert Sjödin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Paulino Abrantes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Birger Axelsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 69th minute, Basílio Teixeira left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ARC Valdevez fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-4. 71 minutes into the match, Birger Axelsson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Paulino Abrantes. ARC Valdevez's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Birger Axelsson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-4. 77 minutes into the game, Filip Bammerman cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-4. Paulino Abrantes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 80 minutes into the match, ARC Valdevez's goal looked a bit too open when Filip Bammerman came free, but Paulino Abrantes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 82 minutes ARC Valdevez's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Dan Hake who took care of the corner kick. FC Korsband's Robert Sjödin was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Paulino Abrantes in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After 82 minutes, Robert Sjödin made it 6-4 with a short kick to the right side. ARC Valdevez's Paulino Abrantes tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The FC Korsband fans' excitement grew in the 86th match minute when FC Korsband's Filip Bammerman looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 7-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 90 minutes into the game, Jerry Vesterberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Korsband's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ARC Valdevez the free kick. Jerry Vesterberg hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. FC Korsband's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
