The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ivar Elg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Gunnar Blomberg showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. The supporters of Västerhaninge IFK booed when EL RUBIO FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alcadio Garachena didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fred Ahlstedt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alcadio Garachena in the 16th minute of the match. In the 16th match minute, Västerhaninge IFK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ivar Elg to maneuver through the defense. Västerhaninge IFK's Fred Ahlstedt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florencio Parot in the 33rd minute of play. Fred Ahlstedt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alcadio Garachena in the 35th minute of the match. If Anders Vallin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. EL RUBIO FC's Laureano Domínguez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anders Vallin in the 43rd minute of play. After having played for 44 minutes, Ivar Elg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Västerhaninge IFK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ivar Elg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When EL RUBIO FC's Alcadio Garachena in the 46th minute got a chance for a shot 46th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ivar Elg stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Ivar Elg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Laureano Domínguez was relentless in the 69th minute of the game. In the 75th minute, Anders Vallin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Laureano Domínguez was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. A collision led to EL RUBIO FC getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Juan Eduardo Montesinos hit a great ball. Laureano Domínguez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ivar Elg, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. When Florencio Parot came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the EL RUBIO FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Florencio Parot couldn't finish the play. Anders Vallin's late challenge caught a EL RUBIO FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Anders Vallin helped the player get up and apologised. When Florencio Parot came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the EL RUBIO FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Florencio Parot couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Västerhaninge IFK had won after a very even match.
