Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Uriel Isias in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rosendo Balesio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rosendo Balesio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Uriel Isias in the 15th minute of play. Uriel Isias's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rosendo Balesio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. Rosendo Balesio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wlodzimierz Lepper, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Uriel Isias could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Rosendo Balesio made a huge save. 32 minutes into the match, AC Rangers's goal looked a bit too open when Uriel Isias came free, but Rosendo Balesio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rosendo Balesio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Uriel Isias in the 37th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Uriel Isias got free with Rosendo Balesio in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. But to his dismay, Enrique Frasco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 92 minutes into the match, AC Rangers's goal looked a bit too open when Enrique Frasco came free, but Rosendo Balesio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 94th minute, Enrique Frasco left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Juniors FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amancio Inocente in the 97th minute of play forced Juniors FC's goalkeeper Lázaro Colon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Juniors FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
