Serafim Catranides started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aureliano Juvenal in the 3rd minute of play forced SC Pfullendorf's goalkeeper Kıvanç Yücesan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kıvanç Yücesan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gonzalo Jerico, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Silvinho Pinheiro charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Silvinho Pinheiro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 12th minute, Silvinho Pinheiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gonzalo Jerico in the 13th minute of play forced SC Pfullendorf's goalkeeper Kıvanç Yücesan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kıvanç Yücesan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Serafim Catranides, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kıvanç Yücesan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Serafim Catranides in the 19th minute of play. SC Pfullendorf's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by David Moya in the 24th minute. A nice corner shot did that David Moya got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Nicolás DAndrea quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 27th minute Argyris Zagorakis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicolás DAndrea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Argyris Zagorakis kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Nicolás DAndrea. That made the score 1-0 in the 29 minute of play. With a little luck, Defensores del Ángel Gris's Nicolás DAndrea got control of the ball when Argyris Zagorakis tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Argyris Zagorakis in the 34th minute of play forced Defensores del Ángel Gris's goalkeeper Nicolás DAndrea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kıvanç Yücesan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gonzalo Jerico in the 40th minute of play. In the 42nd minute, Argyris Zagorakis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The wind increased when Argyris Zagorakis made the kick off in the second half. Eleuterio Estebano kicked well hit freekick during the 50th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Argyris Zagorakis in the 51st minute of play forced Defensores del Ángel Gris's goalkeeper Nicolás DAndrea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 53 minutes into the match, SC Pfullendorf's goalkeeper Kıvanç Yücesan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gonzalo Jerico. After 55 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Defensores del Ángel Gris! SC Pfullendorf's 彭森银 was substituted for Argyris Zagorakis. In the 64th minute 彭森银 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicolás DAndrea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 67th match minute, Defensores del Ángel Gris was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ingmar Hellkvist to maneuver through the defense. Nicolás DAndrea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 彭森银, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. 73 minutes into the game, 彭森银 cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Nicolás DAndrea was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Nicolás DAndrea stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of 彭森银's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Serafim Catranides during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 79 played minutes Defensores del Ángel Gris got a freekick which was hit by Serafim Catranides. 80 minutes into the game, SC Pfullendorf's 彭森银 nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nicolás DAndrea made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. Kıvanç Yücesan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andres Reynardo in the 85th minute of the match. The SC Pfullendorf fans' excitement grew in the 87th match minute when SC Pfullendorf's 彭森银 looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 8-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 93rd minute, Serafim Catranides reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Kıvanç Yücesan. The goal made the score 8-1. SC Pfullendorf's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
