With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rui Costa in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Joar Frisck saved FC NORDLAND from getting behind. Ludwig Wassenius scored 2-0 in the 41st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Joar Frisck, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 45th minute Horea Boian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joar Frisck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rui Costa hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match.

The supporters of A.C. Patagonia booed when FC NORDLAND was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Robben Romero didn't get a good kick on the ball. 53 minutes into the match, Horea Boian notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of FC NORDLAND's Joar Frisck. Joar Frisck was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Patagonia got a freekick which was hit by Bruno Faccio. Dariusz Wos took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Joar Frisck. Joar Frisck dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. FC NORDLAND's Joar Frisck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aldo Di Carlo in the 95th minute of play.
