After a defensive mix-up in Sao Brasola's zone, Andreas Hernaiz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Urbano Saturnin came out of the goal and Andreas Hernaiz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 14th minute, Pierrot Leenpoels made a precise shot to the right of Joar Frisck. FC NORDLAND's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Joar Frisck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pierrot Leenpoels in the 20th minute of play. After a rather tough play, FC NORDLAND's Robben Romero got a free kick in the 25th minute. 26 minutes into the match, FC NORDLAND's goal looked a bit too open when Pierrot Leenpoels came free, but Joar Frisck reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pierrot Leenpoels in the 28th minute of play forced FC NORDLAND's goalkeeper Joar Frisck to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 30 minutes, Urbano Saturnin successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Elia Di Vincenzo took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Joar Frisck. Joar Frisck dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Sao Brasola were awarded a corner in the 36th minute after FC NORDLAND's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Elia Di Vincenzo took the corner. After taking down the ball on Sao Brasola's corner Deng Jian Bing fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Joar Frisck quite easily take care of the ball. Sao Brasola were awarded a corner in the 43th minute after FC NORDLAND's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Elia Di Vincenzo took the corner. 46 minutes into the match, Sao Brasola's goalkeeper Urbano Saturnin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hjalmar Pettersson. After the first half Sao Brasola were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Elia Di Vincenzo was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Sao Brasola's goal looked a bit too open when Andreas Hernaiz came free, but Urbano Saturnin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 53rd minute Pierrot Leenpoels shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joar Frisck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 54th match minute, FC NORDLAND was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alex Hernaiz to maneuver through the defense. Urbano Saturnin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hjalmar Pettersson in the 57th minute of play. Urbano Saturnin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andreas Hernaiz in the 59th minute of the match. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC NORDLAND's goalkeeper Joar Frisck, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Joar Frisck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pierrot Leenpoels in the 65th minute of play. Urbano Saturnin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hjalmar Pettersson in the 71st minute of play. Damiano Luongo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joar Frisck having to interfere. Sao Brasola's Carter Di Fazio was substituted for Pierrot Leenpoels. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rhys Hughes in the 82nd minute of play forced Sao Brasola's goalkeeper Urbano Saturnin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 83 played minutes FC NORDLAND got a freekick which was hit by Gorla Goretzka. 84 minutes into the match, Sao Brasola's Carter Di Fazio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Joar Frisck narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Sao Brasola's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Elia Di Vincenzo in the 85th minute. The audience was convinced that Carter Di Fazio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Joar Frisck was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. Carter Leggeri could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Joar Frisck made a huge save. Urbano Saturnin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ervin Frk, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Joar Frisck made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Carter Di Fazio sent off a good shot on target. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Sao Brasola eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
