Alexander Higgins was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The Bulldogs F.C fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. 16 minutes into the game, Bulldogs F.C's Giannis Tselikas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alexander Higgins made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. 19 minutes into the match, Scotland's goalkeeper Alexander Higgins had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alexandre Sampaio. After 20 played minutes Sven-Olof Sjöberg rounded Scotland's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 5-0. 23 minutes into the game, Bulldogs F.C's Luizão Vieira nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sidney Carneiro showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 7-0. In the 29th minute, Alexandre Sampaio made a precise shot to the right of Alexander Higgins. Scotland's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-0. 33 minutes into the match, Scotland's goal looked a bit too open when Luizão Vieira came free, but Alexander Higgins reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alexandre Sampaio got free with Alexander Higgins in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 37 minutes into the match, Scotland's goal looked a bit too open when Sven-Olof Sjöberg came free, but Alexander Higgins reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 38th minute, Bulldogs F.C's Giannis Tselikas ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Alexander Higgins. Alexander Higgins yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 9-0.

After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Giannis Tselikas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bulldogs F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Giannis Tselikas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alexander Higgins breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 54th minute, Sidney Carneiro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alexander Higgins was frozen by the shot and now it was 10-0. Scotland's Alexander Higgins played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sven-Olof Sjöberg in the 59th minute of play. 61 minutes into the match, Scotland's goal looked a bit too open when Sidney Carneiro came free, but Alexander Higgins reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 62nd minute, Giannis Tselikas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 63 minutes into the match, Luizão Vieira had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alexander Higgins. Scotland's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luizão Vieira was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 11-0. Sven-Olof Sjöberg took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alexander Higgins. Alexander Higgins dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 12-0. The audience was convinced that Alexandre Sampaio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alexander Higgins was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. When the match clock showed 68 minutes, the score became 13-0 when Alexandre Sampaio sped through Scotland's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Alexander Higgins. Giannis Tselikas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexander Higgins having to interfere. Alexander Higgins showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luizão Vieira, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute.
