The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Gervásio Severiano blasted a shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ramón Veiga having to make a save. Ramón Veiga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gervásio Severiano, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. VB-Team were awarded a corner in the 6th minute after Mochila FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Luís Braga took the corner. After taking down the ball on VB-Team's corner Arthur Guerra fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ramón Veiga quite easily take care of the ball. When the match had gone on for 8 minutes, Gervásio Severiano put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Ramón Veiga. A collision led to Mochila FC getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Luiz Guilherme da Silva hit a great ball. After 12th play minutes Gervásio Severiano shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Ramón Veiga and just under the crossbar into goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Joaquim de Barros in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ramón Veiga prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 16 minutes into the match, Mochila FC's goal looked a bit too open when Joaquim de Barros came free, but Ramón Veiga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Gervásio Severiano's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ramón Veiga was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. Ramón Veiga breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 28 minutes into the match, Gervásio Severiano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ramón Veiga. Mochila FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gervásio Severiano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. 34 minutes into the match, Joaquim de Barros notched a goal, 0-6, to the right of Mochila FC's Ramón Veiga. Ramón Veiga was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 38 minutes, Joaquim de Barros made it 0-7 with a short kick to the right side. Mochila FC's Ramón Veiga tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 46th play minutes Gervásio Severiano shot 0-9, a short shot which went by Ramón Veiga and just under the crossbar into goal.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Joaquim de Barros to strike the kick off in the second half. 57 minutes into the game, VB-Team's Joaquim de Barros nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ramón Veiga made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-11. After a rather tough play, VB-Team's Luís Braga got a free kick in the 60th minute. Gervásio Severiano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ramón Veiga was a little too slow when Luís Braga got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 62nd minute. The score was now 0-12. 65 minutes into the game, Gervásio Severiano lined in a short shot 0-13 behind a frustrated Ramón Veiga. VB-Team made a substitution. Qiu Sheng Bang replaced Sandro Leitão. Luís Caeiro took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ramón Veiga. Ramón Veiga dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-14. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gervásio Severiano in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ramón Veiga prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gervásio Severianos short, quick shot in the 76thth minute got Ramón Veiga to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Ramón Veiga stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gervásio Severiano's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. Mattias Jonasson hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Marcelo Rosado kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Ramón Veiga stood somewhat misplaced when Gervásio Severiano came free in front of goal and shot 0-18 to the left of him in the 97 minute. The Mochila FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. VB-Team were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
