Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Valdo Veloso to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Dinamo Colorado's goal looked a bit too open when Erlantz Bermejo came free, but Fabrício Negri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fabrício Negri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erlantz Bermejo in the 54th minute of play. Alcorcón fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Maurino Serena should have stopped the shot. The audience was convinced that Erlantz Bermejo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fabrício Negri was relentless in the 96th minute of the game. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Dinamo Colorado had won after a very even match.
