Pål Rødseth kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. With a little luck, FC Pladask's Bjørn Engelund got control of the ball when Jozef Karas tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ladislav Blažek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cai Drevland in the 12th minute of play. Jozef Karas who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 15thth minute tested the skills of Bjørn Engelund when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 22nd minute Cai Drevland shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ladislav Blažek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 31st match minute, FC XY was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andrej Bada to maneuver through the defense. FC XY's Ladislav Blažek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ronny Sund in the 32nd minute of play. With his leg Bjørn Engelund managed to avoid a goal in the 36thth minute, when FC XY's Jozef Karas fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Gabriel Bučko was extremely unlucky when he, in the 43rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 46th minute, Herman Theodorsen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After the first half FC Pladask were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Ladislav Blažek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cai Drevland in the 53rd minute of the match. Cai Drevland struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Ladislav Blažek didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Pladask. Ladislav Blažek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cai Drevland, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. After 61 minutes of play, FC Pladask's Ronny Sund made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ladislav Blažek was left in no man's land by his defense there! 68 minutes in the game, Ronny Sund fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Ladislav Blažek having to interfere. Bjørn Engelund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jozef Karas, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. A collision led to FC XY getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Gabriel Bučko hit a great ball. In the 80th minute of the match, Ronny Sund got a very nice opportunity to score, but Ladislav Blažek was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 81 minutes into the game, Václav Košičan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC XY's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Pladask the free kick. A collision led to FC XY getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Václav Košičan hit a great ball. Jozef Karas took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bjørn Engelund. Bjørn Engelund dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Bjørn Engelund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jozef Karas in the 89th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, FC Pladask's Stig-Inge Sollie got a free kick in the 90th minute. Gabriel Bučko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Bjørn Engelund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, FC Pladask's Pål Rødseth got a free kick in the 94th minute. The FC Pladask players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
