But to his dismay, Dino Facchetti quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Bartlomiej Munko didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Anthony Ruzzi went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anthony Ruzzi in the 33rd minute of play forced Karpaty Krosno's goalkeeper Bartlomiej Munko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bartlomiej Munko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dario Gelsomini, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Anthony Ruzzi was the one to do the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Anthony Ruzzi in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bartlomiej Munko saved Karpaty Krosno from getting behind. Dario Gelsomini received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Bartlomiej Munko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bartlomiej Munko was out of position in the 80 minute of play, and Dino Facchetti capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Dino Facchetti really showed his touch with that goal: 0-5. The audience thought a goal was coming when Anthony Ruzzi got free with Bartlomiej Munko in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Karpaty Krosno's Bartlomiej Munko got control of the ball when Anthony Ruzzi tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match had gone on for 90 minutes, Dario Gelsomini took a quick shot and it went in 0-7 without a chance for Bartlomiej Munko to make any attempt to save it. 94 minutes into the game, Dino Facchetti recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Bartlomiej Munko. Dino Facchetti showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-8.
