Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Egun Galan got the match started through his kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Nova Erechim - FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Egun Galan came free, but José Pedro de Godoi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. José Pedro de Godoi came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by AFC United's Egun Galan. But to his dismay, Egun Galan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Gilen Martioda took the ball and in the 9 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised José Pedro de Godoi. José Pedro de Godoi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilen Martioda in the 14th minute of play forced Nova Erechim - FSCMZ's goalkeeper José Pedro de Godoi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 16th minute, Egun Galan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. José Pedro de Godoi was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Nova Erechim - FSCMZ's José Pedro de Godoi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Egun Galan in the 19th minute of play. 20 minutes into the game, Egun Galan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. José Pedro de Godoi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 23rd minute Sílvio Luís Pinho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cisco Rubial saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 24 minutes into the match, Nova Erechim - FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Egun Galan came free, but José Pedro de Godoi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leonardo Trevisan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 30th minute, Nardo Torrecilla ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. José Pedro de Godoi was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. José Pedro de Godoi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nardo Torrecilla in the 33rd minute of play. In the 34th minute Gilen Martioda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José Pedro de Godoi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nova Erechim - FSCMZ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave AFC United the free kick. 48 minutes into the match, AFC United's goal looked a bit too open when Eurico França came free, but Cisco Rubial reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-6 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The crowd rose to their feet as Edwin Ortiz kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving José Pedro de Godoi. That made the score 0-7 in the 51 minute of play. José Pedro de Godoi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nardo Torrecilla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 56th minute, Gilen Martioda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nova Erechim - FSCMZ's Afonsinho Figueiredo was substituted for Pedrinho Tande. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. If Leonardo Trevisan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. AFC United's Cisco Rubial played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celso Vieira in the 74th minute of play. Nardo Torrecilla could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but José Pedro de Godoi made a huge save. José Pedro de Godoi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nardo Torrecilla in the 80th minute. A collision led to Nova Erechim - FSCMZ getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Afonsinho Figueiredo hit a great ball. José Pedro de Godoi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Egun Galan went, in the 81st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-8 was the resulting score. In the 85th minute, AFC United's Nardo Torrecilla dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-9. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nardo Torrecilla got free with José Pedro de Godoi in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience thought a goal was coming when Egun Galan got free with José Pedro de Godoi in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. José Pedro de Godoi made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Egun Galan sent off a good shot on target. AFC United's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
