Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Victor Lucila got the match started through his kick off. After a defensive mix-up in PoWer SC 2K5's zone, Mihăiţă Moisil stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. David Rotariu came out of the goal and Mihăiţă Moisil tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Ernest Oprescu managed to get in a good position for a shot. MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's supporters rose to their feet, but Ernest Oprescu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. David Rotariu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. David Rotariu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Victor Lucila in the 9th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Victor Lucila in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck David Rotariu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 16th minute of the match, Liviu Frumușanu tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but David Rotariu saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. David Rotariu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Victor Lucila in the 19th minute. In the 20th minute Victor Lucila shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Rotariu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dinu Oardă showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leroy Kluttig in the 28th minute of the match. Liviu Frumușanu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but David Rotariu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. Kai Förster made in the 32nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's Edwin 雷岩. In the 34th minute, Kai Förster hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 35 minutes into the game, Victor Lucila cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. David Rotariu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Liviu Frumușanu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but David Rotariu made a huge save. In the 40th minute of the match MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV got a corner. PoWer SC 2K5's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ernest Oprescu ran over to the corner to take the kick. Liviu Frumușanu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but David Rotariu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. Zvonimir Prestin took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dinu Oardă. Dinu Oardă dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zvonimir Prestin was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to PoWer SC 2K5 getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Jan Kimmich hit a great ball. Florin Ciorobîtcă recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Edwin 雷岩 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Rotariu having to interfere. In the 58th match minute, MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ionuț Covrig to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 62 minutes, Liviu Frumușanu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's supporters crossed their fingers, but Liviu Frumușanu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's Ernest Oprescu got a free kick in the 63rd minute. In the 66th minute, PoWer SC 2K5's Hector Todor dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. When the match clock showed 69 minutes, the score became 1-3 when Zvonimir Prestin sped through MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Dinu Oardă. In the 72nd minute Zvonimir Prestin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dinu Oardă saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victor Lucila in the 73rd minute of play forced PoWer SC 2K5's goalkeeper David Rotariu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dinu Oardă took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zvonimir Prestin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 76 minutes into the game, Patrick Middendorf recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Dinu Oardă. Patrick Middendorf showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-4. Dinu Oardă made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Patrick Middendorf sent off a good shot on target. MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's Dinu Oardă proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV from getting a goal against them. MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ernest Oprescu in the 82nd minute. After taking down the ball on MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's corner Ernest Oprescu fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and David Rotariu quite easily take care of the ball. The PoWer SC 2K5 fans' excitement grew in the 86th match minute when PoWer SC 2K5's Zvonimir Prestin looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 90th minute, one of PoWer SC 2K5:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for PoWer SC 2K5. 96 minutes into the game, Sorin Gurlui was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave PoWer SC 2K5 the free kick. Sorin Gurlui kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. PoWer SC 2K5's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
