Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Zhao Sen Yang was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s Diki Doro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joe Tate in the 34th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s Zhao Sen Yang slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Edmond Verdun. That made the score 2-1 after 36 minutes of play. Edmond Verdun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zhao Sen Yang in the 45th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zhao Sen Yang in the 48th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edmond Verdun prevented the ball from getting in the gole. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s attentive Petre Iftode managed to snatch the ball when Clemente Silviano made a throw-in in the 51st minute of the game. In the 72nd minute, Zhao Sen Yang got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. But to his dismay, Zhao Sen Yang quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. After 77 played minutes Errecaborda AFC got a freekick which was hit by Clemente Silviano. Diki Doro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emílio Terra, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. A collision led to Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM- getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Ricardo Jenaro hit a great ball. Edmond Verdun came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s Zhao Sen Yang. But to his dismay, Zhao Sen Yang quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Emílio Terra got free with Diki Doro in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 91 minutes into the match, Errecaborda AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Zhao Sen Yang came free, but Edmond Verdun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 92 minutes had been played when some careless play by Errecaborda AFC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Stasio Bienienda was slow to take the kick. During this time Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s players had a chance to rest. Zhao Sen Yang kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match.
