Vladimir Kramnik showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emil Banciu, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. In the 5th minute, Emil Banciu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vladimir Kramnik was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Buffalo Timişoara's Alisson Becker proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save Buffalo Timişoara from getting a goal against them. FC Maci -MM-'s Sami Zübeyr got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 12thth minute of the game Sami Zübeyr who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Buffalo Timişoara's Alisson Becker was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. FC Maci -MM-'s Vladimir Kramnik played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emil Banciu in the 14th minute of play. Alisson Becker took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sami Zübeyr, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Orhan Ortanca's late challenge caught a FC Maci -MM-'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Orhan Ortanca helped the player get up and apologised. Orhan Ortanca hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Buffalo Timişoara's Alisson Becker proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Buffalo Timişoara from getting a goal against them. A hard shot 29 in the game by Sami Zübeyr from a close distance when the talented Alisson Becker managed to make a qualified save. Buffalo Timişoara's players were relieved. Orhan Ortanca made in the 30th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Dan Zdrobău. An unexpectedly hard shot by Augusto Benitez in the 31st minute of play forced FC Maci -MM-'s goalkeeper Vladimir Kramnik to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rareș Ignea hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Orhan Ortanca made in the 34th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Dan Zdrobău immediately put the ball in play. FC Maci -MM-'s Vladimir Kramnik played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Franky Ooms in the 41st minute of play. 43 minutes into the match, Franky Ooms had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vladimir Kramnik. FC Maci -MM-'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Franky Ooms was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adrian Zbora in the 46th minute of play forced FC Maci -MM-'s goalkeeper Vladimir Kramnik to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

51 minutes into the match, Adrian Zbora dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Vladimir Kramnik, 0-3. A collision led to FC Maci -MM- getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Rareș Ignea hit a great ball. Alisson Becker took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Igor Czapski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alisson Becker came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Maci -MM-'s Igor Czapski. But to his dismay, Igor Czapski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Buffalo Timişoara's Orhan Ortanca got his second yellow card of the match in the 73rd minute. The referee ordered Orhan Ortanca off the ground. The supporters of FC Maci -MM- booed when Buffalo Timişoara was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Orhan Ortanca didn't get a good kick on the ball. FC Maci -MM- made a substitution. Emanuel Lasker replaced Rareș Ignea. After a rather tough play, Buffalo Timişoara's Orhan Ortanca got a free kick in the 75th minute. After 80 played minutes FC Maci -MM- got a freekick which was hit by Sabin Miclauș. With a little luck, FC Maci -MM-'s Vladimir Kramnik got control of the ball when Valentin Voicu tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of FC Maci -MM- booed when Buffalo Timişoara was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pavel Chibulcutean didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match was over Buffalo Timişoara could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than FC Maci -MM- throughout the match.
