The wind increased when Valter Xabat made the kick off in the second half. George Buturugã showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valter Xabat in the 52nd minute of the match. Sulo Montaña's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jess Carnduff read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. Sulo Montaña took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jess Carnduff. Jess Carnduff dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Mathias-Alexander Leers got a throw-in 67 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Thomas Müller. Alemannia Aachen's defense didn't have a chance, in the 69th minute, when Sulo Montaña scored to the left of an out of position Jess Carnduff, making the score, 1-2. 73 minutes into the game, Aulis Salomaa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Alemannia Aachen's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave LOI the free kick. In the 73rd match minute, Alemannia Aachen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aulis Salomaa to maneuver through the defense. LOI's Tayyip Taylan was substituted for Habib Durukan. A collision led to Alemannia Aachen getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Aulis Salomaa hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, LOI's Semail Ilıca got a free kick in the 75th minute. A collision led to Alemannia Aachen getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Louis Leißner hit a great ball. Özgür Özbay struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Jess Carnduff didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for LOI. LOI made a substitution. Kerimhan Cevher replaced Sulo Montaña. Aulis Salomaa made in the 94th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Mathias-Alexander Leers however managed to control. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. LOI walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
