Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Damaso Sancho in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Toninho Bertassi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Damaso Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 29 minutes into the game, Genílson Marques was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pindorama's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Congo Bongo the free kick. After 29 played minutes Pindorama got a freekick which was hit by Genílson Marques. Damaso Sancho blasted a shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Toninho Bertassi having to make a save. Alan Guerra charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alan Guerra the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 35th match minute, Pindorama was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alan Guerra to maneuver through the defense. Toninho Bertassi didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Congo Bongo's Damaso Sancho shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-1 in the ordered_time% minute. When the match clock showed 96 minutes, the score became 0-5 when Arnaldo Oidor sped through Pindorama's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Toninho Bertassi. When the final whistle sounded Congo Bongo left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Pindorama.
