In the 16th match minute, Brzostowiec was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Florian Petka to maneuver through the defense. In the 22nd minute Ludomir Lanczak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mohammad Al Ateqi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hakem Khorshed came free with the goalkeeper in the 24th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Szczepan Adamus could save by the left post. Brzostowiec's Szczepan Adamus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abdul Aziz Al Holey in the 32nd minute of play. Florian Petka was shown his second yellow card after 38 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 39 played minutes Brzostowiec got a freekick which was hit by Florian Petka. Szczepan Adamus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abdul Aziz Al Holey in the 40th minute of play. Stanislaw Walczyk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mohammad Al Ateqi having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Arkadiusz Kochniarczyk stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Naem Al Khaled hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arkadiusz Kochniarczyk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mohammad Al Ateqi having to interfere. With a little luck, Golden Tigers's Mohammad Al Ateqi got control of the ball when Arkadiusz Kochniarczyk tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ludomir Lanczak during the 59th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Brzostowiec's Ludomir Lanczak got a free kick in the 59th minute. Szczepan Adamus stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Abdul Aziz Al Holey's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. After some careless play in the Brzostowiec defense, Hakem Khorshed kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Szczepan Adamus. The Brzostowiec fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Szczepan Adamus should have stopped the shot. Arkadiusz Kochniarczyk in the 71stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Mohammad Al Ateqi, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. An unexpected shot in the 76th minute by Arkadiusz Kochniarczyk got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Szczepan Adamus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hakem Khorshed, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 84 minutes, Hakem Khorshed mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Golden Tigers and the Brzostowiec players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 84th match minute, Golden Tigers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hakem Khorshed to maneuver through the defense. Golden Tigers's Hakem Khorshed suffered a sore knee after 88 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Ivan Olano's late challenge caught a Golden Tigers's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Golden Tigers reached it. Stanislaw Walczyk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Mohammad Al Ateqi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Golden Tigers supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Brzostowiec's performance. The match ended with a win for Brzostowiec.
