João Couto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The Brazil Academy players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Şehzade Afgan to make the kick off. Lúcio Munhoz charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lúcio Munhoz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. João Couto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Şehzade Afgan in the 58th minute of the match. Roberto-Carlos Neymar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Alan Bittencourt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Brazil Academy's Paulão de Souza got a free kick in the 71st minute. Texugo Futebol Clube made a substitution. Batata Fritis replaced Durval Vasconcelos. In the 82ndth minute of the game Zé Paulo Campidelis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Texugo Futebol Clube's Alan Bittencourt was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
