Augusto Alcântara came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Qjos MiLLano's Anderson Vaz. But to his dismay, Anderson Vaz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After some careless play in the Alvinegro de Tupã defense, Anderson Vaz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Augusto Alcântara. The Alvinegro de Tupã fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Augusto Alcântara should have stopped the shot. 26 minutes into the game, Anderson Vaz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Augusto Alcântara was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Augusto Alcântara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fernando Fidanza in the 29th minute of play. Augusto Alcântara didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fernando Fidanza went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. In the 39th minute, Fernando Fidanza left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Qjos MiLLano fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anderson Vaz in the 44th minute of play forced Alvinegro de Tupã's goalkeeper Augusto Alcântara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 46 minutes into the match, Fernando Fidanza had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Augusto Alcântara. Alvinegro de Tupã's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fernando Fidanza was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-7. Disappointed in the 0-7 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Frederico Lago succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-10 in the 82nd playminute. 88 minutes into the match, Anderson Vaz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Augusto Alcântara.
