Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Justo Loiola started the match with the kick off. Margarita's Paulino Lizardi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save Margarita from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jimeno Romo got free with Paulino Lizardi in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Margarita's Paulino Lizardi got control of the ball when Justo Loiola tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Margarita's Uriel Hever got a free kick in the 9th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Americo Iratze in the 13th minute of play forced Tellier's goalkeeper Froilan Ferrer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Froilan Ferrer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marco Ignado in the 14th minute of the match. Evelio Oliverios lost his temper 16 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Ovidio Mincho shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. 24 minutes into the match, Americo Iratze had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Froilan Ferrer. Tellier's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Americo Iratze was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Margarita's Paulino Lizardi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Margarita from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Margarita getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Americo Iratze hit a great ball. In the 40th minute, Artemio Artaldo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 41 minutes into the match, Tellier's goal looked a bit too open when Marco Ignado came free, but Froilan Ferrer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Justo Loiola came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Tellier fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Justo Loiola couldn't finish the play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marco Ignado made a kick off. In the 51st minute, Justo Loiola hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 57th minute of the match, Marco Ignado got a very nice opportunity to score, but Froilan Ferrer was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Paulino Lizardi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Justo Loiola, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 67 played minutes Tellier got a freekick which was hit by Baltasar Gauargi. In the 71st match minute, Tellier was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Norberto Maju to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Tellier's Jimeno Romo got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Norberto Maju kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marco Ignado in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Froilan Ferrer prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Tellier's Ovidio Mincho got a free kick in the 84th minute. After some careless play in the Margarita defense, Rosendo Bermudez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Paulino Lizardi. The Margarita fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Paulino Lizardi should have stopped the shot. In the 95th minute, Americo Iratze got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
