Otávio Coutinho was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but 严战源 showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-2 in the 39 minute of play. 马战益 was shown his second yellow card after 45 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-2 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zé Paulo Esteves was the one to do the kick off. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Through an outstanding action, after 63 minutes, 傅迪森 successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 何银鸿 charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed 何银鸿 the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Futbol Club RRFV booed when Qingdao Huanghai Fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. 何银鸿 didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 73 played minutes, Qingdao Huanghai Fc's 潘庭扬 shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Otávio Coutinho came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Qingdao Huanghai Fc reached it. In the 79th minute, 方渊海 left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Qingdao Huanghai Fc fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-2. After a rather tough play, Futbol Club RRFV's Zé Paulo Esteves got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Otávio Coutinho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 严战源 in the 88th minute of the match. 吕银峰 hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by 严战源 in the 95th minute of play forced Futbol Club RRFV's goalkeeper Otávio Coutinho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
