Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Luis Romero took the kick off in the first half of the match. Laureano Acevedo came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by Estrellas de Caballito's Teofilo Enaut. But to his dismay, Teofilo Enaut quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Severiano Quintyn fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nunez Astudillo having to interfere. After some careless play in the Estrellas de Caballito defense, Severiano Quintyn kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nunez Astudillo. The Estrellas de Caballito fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nunez Astudillo should have stopped the shot. Severiano Quintyn's late challenge caught a Estrellas de Caballito's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Severiano Quintyn helped the player get up and apologised. In the 15th minute, Severiano Quintyn hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Estrellas de Caballito booed when INTER de Córdoba was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Inocencio Locaio didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 21 minutes, Teofilo Enaut managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Estrellas de Caballito's supporters crossed their fingers, but Teofilo Enaut was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some careless play in the INTER de Córdoba defense, Luis Romero kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Laureano Acevedo. The INTER de Córdoba fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Laureano Acevedo should have stopped the shot. In the 27th minute, Higinio Luzea reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Laureano Acevedo. The goal made the score 3-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teofilo Enaut in the 32nd minute of play forced INTER de Córdoba's goalkeeper Laureano Acevedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 33rd minute of the match, Amadeo Uxio tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Laureano Acevedo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Laureano Acevedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teofilo Enaut, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cristian Obano's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Laureano Acevedo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. 43 minutes into the game, Luis Romero lined in a short shot 5-1 behind a frustrated Laureano Acevedo. Felipe Emmanuel kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Estrellas de Caballito's Paulino Gipuzkoa got a free kick in the 47th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Severiano Quintyn was the one to do the kick off. Luis Romero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Laureano Acevedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Higinio Luzea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cristian Obano in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Laureano Acevedo saved INTER de Córdoba from getting behind. Severo Fanuco hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in INTER de Córdoba's zone, Cristian Obano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Laureano Acevedo came out of the goal and Cristian Obano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 86 minutes into the match, Teofilo Enaut notched a goal, 10-1, to the right of INTER de Córdoba's Laureano Acevedo. Laureano Acevedo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Laureano Acevedo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Luis Romero's shot from short distance in the 96th minute. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Estrellas de Caballito fully deserved thier win.
