After 43 played minutes Severiano Quintyn rounded Qingdao Huanghai Fc's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for 康雄杰 to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd match minute, INTER de Córdoba was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felipe Emmanuel to maneuver through the defense. Qingdao Huanghai Fc's 潘庭扬 shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 54th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by 楚沙超 in the 92nd minute of play forced INTER de Córdoba's goalkeeper Laureano Acevedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Qingdao Huanghai Fc's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because INTER de Córdoba had won, even though Qingdao Huanghai Fc had held more of the ball.
