In the 19th minute AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB were awarded a corner. Aire Jordan went to the cornerflag to take it. When Dante Dorio fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored INTER de Córdoba's protests and gave Dante Dorio a yellow card for diving instead. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 19th minute of the game. One of INTER de Córdoba:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB:s goal. INTER de Córdoba:s Hernan Florian showed great skill when he stopped Aire Jordan:s penalty. After having played for 23 minutes, Ralph Turner managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ralph Turner was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Controller Shott received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Hernan Florian came out and tried to block the shot, but Controller Shott slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 25th minute. Alexander Quinnell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gonzalo Rutenio, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ralph Turner got free with Hernan Florian in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Carson Coleman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Hernan Florian tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, INTER de Córdoba's Hernan Florian got control of the ball when Ralph Turner tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carson Coleman in the 37th minute of play forced INTER de Córdoba's goalkeeper Hernan Florian to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB's supporters rose to their feet, but Ralph Turner was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hernan Florian breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart.
