Magic is Back's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rodrigo Palacios was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alonzo Benet stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Enrique Argina's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. After 40 minutes, Venancio Abadie mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Magic is Back and the Ȓᾄvἔᾗṩ Ғ.Ƈ. players grew even worse after the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cesar Handi in the 76th minute of play forced Ȓᾄvἔᾗṩ Ғ.Ƈ.'s goalkeeper Alonzo Benet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Ȓᾄvἔᾗṩ Ғ.Ƈ. players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
