Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Sam Bates made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 2nd minute, Ethan Smart hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Keylor Navas came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by Memphis Grizzlies's Sam Bates. But to his dismay, Sam Bates quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Keylor Navas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ethan Smart in the 7th minute of play. In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind Papillon AC's goalkeeper Keylor Navas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Papillon AC's Keylor Navas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sam Bates in the 21st minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Simon Osasun managed to get in a good position for a shot. Papillon AC's supporters rose to their feet, but Simon Osasun was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pat Zamora breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Sam Bates had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Papillon AC defense, Sam Bates kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Keylor Navas. The Papillon AC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Keylor Navas should have stopped the shot. In the 28th match minute, Memphis Grizzlies was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ethan Smart to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Simon Osasun got free with Pat Zamora in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Papillon AC were awarded a corner in the 34th minute after Memphis Grizzlies's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Octavio Dodorol took the corner. Octavio Dodorol made a great header on Papillon AC's corner, it was just that Memphis Grizzlies's Pat Zamora managed to reach the ball for a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sam Bates in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Keylor Navas saved Papillon AC from getting behind. The Papillon AC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Memphis Grizzlies were winning 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Simon Osasun stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Keylor Navas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sam Bates, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Simon Osasun in the 57th minute of play forced Memphis Grizzlies's goalkeeper Pat Zamora to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Keylor Navas didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 62nd minute, which inside left pole to 0-3. Memphis Grizzlies's Hayden Sharp was substituted for Sam Bates. Memphis Grizzlies's Pat Zamora played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Simon Osasun in the 75th minute of play. In the 76th minute Simon Osasun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pat Zamora saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Samuil Saldzhiev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Keylor Navas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Spike Bond, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. After 82 played minutes Papillon AC got a freekick which was hit by Milton Friedman. In the 87th minute of the match, Hayden Sharp tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Keylor Navas saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. A collision led to Papillon AC getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Teofilo Milian hit a great ball. Keylor Navas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Spike Bond, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 93 minutes into the game, Timoteo Herrera was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Papillon AC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Memphis Grizzlies the free kick. After a rather tough play, Papillon AC's Timoteo Herrera got a free kick in the 93rd minute. In the 95th minute of the match Freddie Gettins sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Keylor Navas skillfully saved the ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Memphis Grizzlies had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
