A collision led to Papillon AC getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Alexis Mac Allister hit a great ball. Keylor Navas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christian Burgo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Papillon AC defense, Hug Urquiaga kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Keylor Navas. The Papillon AC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Keylor Navas should have stopped the shot. Papillon AC's Keylor Navas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Etxepare Angostina in the 9th minute of play. Keylor Navas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilesindo Guereña, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. In the 15th minute Kwyjibo were awarded a corner. Etxepare Angostina went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Kwyjibo's Etxepare Angostina to fire away a dangerous shot which Keylor Navas despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Hug Urquiaga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Papillon AC's Keylor Navas got control of the ball when Hug Urquiaga tried to sneak it across the goal line. Hug Urquiaga could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Keylor Navas made a huge save. With an all-out effort, Kwyjibo's Keylor Navas threw himself towards the right post 21 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Gilesindo Guereña, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Keylor Navas came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Kwyjibo's Gilesindo Guereña. But to his dismay, Gilesindo Guereña quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Alfonso Grassi received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Keylor Navas came out and tried to block the shot, but Alfonso Grassi slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 24th minute. Keylor Navas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfonso Grassi in the 33rd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Papillon AC's zone, Etxepare Angostina stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Keylor Navas came out of the goal and Etxepare Angostina tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 37 minutes into the game, Christian Burgo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Keylor Navas. Christian Burgo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-0. Keylor Navas made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Hug Urquiaga sent off a good shot on target. Christian Burgo had several of the Papillon AC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 41 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 5-0 score and a disappointed Keylor Navas as he didn't even see the shot coming. The supporters of Papillon AC booed when Kwyjibo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gil Vital didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sylwester Wawro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Milton Friedman in the 45th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Christian Burgo in the 51st minute of play forced Papillon AC's goalkeeper Keylor Navas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kwyjibo's Alfonso Grassi got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 56 minutes into the game, Kwyjibo's Christian Burgo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Keylor Navas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. Etxepare Angostina was slow to take the kick. During this time Kwyjibo's players had a chance to rest. Keylor Navas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilesindo Guereña, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Keylor Navas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gilesindo Guereña went, in the 72nd minute, to the upper right corner, 8-0 was the resulting score. In the 75th match minute, Papillon AC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Milton Friedman to maneuver through the defense. 77 minutes into the match, Kwyjibo's Christian Burgo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Keylor Navas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 81st match minute, Papillon AC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Octavio Dodorol to maneuver through the defense. Keylor Navas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gilesindo Guereña in the 84th minute of play. 86 minutes into the game, Kwyjibo's Christian Burgo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Keylor Navas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 9-0.
