Sarmiento de Resistencia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Challacó the free kick. After 8 played minutes Sarmiento de Resistencia got a freekick which was hit by Siro Elazar. Aaron Sarmiento kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Siro Elazar blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dionisio Iraitz having to make a save. After a rather tough play, Challacó's Desiderio Mano got a free kick in the 17th minute. Siro Elazar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 26th minute, Rodolfo Guerau hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Sarmiento de Resistencia's Siro Elazar in the 31st minute got a chance for a shot 31st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Challacó's goalie prevented a goal. 38 minutes into the game, Froilan Sarmiento recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Dionisio Iraitz. Froilan Sarmiento showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. A collision led to Challacó getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Niceto Cesaro hit a great ball.

Rodolfo Guerau received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Dionisio Iraitz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 61st minute, Challacó's Maximiliano Palben seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Maximiliano Palben the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Challacó protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Maximiliano Palben had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee gave Sarmiento de Resistencia a penalty, 63 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Cesar Sarmiento, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Challacó's Dionisio Iraitz. 3-0. After 70 minutes of play, Sarmiento de Resistencia's Cesar Lekubegi made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dionisio Iraitz was left in no man's land by his defense there! After having played for 76 minutes, Froilan Sarmiento managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sarmiento de Resistencia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Froilan Sarmiento was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cesar Lekubegi in the 80th minute of play forced Challacó's goalkeeper Dionisio Iraitz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Niceto Cesaro hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Cesar Lekubegi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodolfo Guerau in the 86th minute of play forced Challacó's goalkeeper Dionisio Iraitz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 90th match minute, Challacó was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvano Todor to maneuver through the defense. If Rodolfo Guerau had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 99th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. There was no doubt that Sarmiento de Resistencia were the better team. Sarmiento de Resistencia's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
