In the 12th minute Cauan Loyola shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristian Vladimirescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 15th minute Sebastião Henriques shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristian Vladimirescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dalmo Tasso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patryk Dziczek in the 16th minute of play. ITAFUT 4EVER's Jardel Baggio got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Riesgo Cero booed when ITAFUT 4EVER was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Flavius Postelnicescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 36th minute Santo Damario shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dalmo Tasso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 40 minutes into the match, ITAFUT 4EVER's goal looked a bit too open when Santo Damario came free, but Dalmo Tasso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cristian Vladimirescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jardel Baggio in the 44th minute of play. A collision led to Riesgo Cero getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Kubilay İmge hit a great ball. After the first half ITAFUT 4EVER were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Riesgo Cero's Amadeo Firman was substituted for Kubilay İmge. If Sebastião Henriques had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sebastião Henriques could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Cristian Vladimirescu made a huge save. Cristian Vladimirescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastião Henriques in the 61st minute of play.
