After 15 played minutes GERLIROJO Ψ got a freekick which was hit by Melchor Batista. In the 23rd minute, Melchor Batista hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind GERLIROJO Ψ's goalkeeper Natalio Montrell, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 30th minute, Rômulo Soares ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Natalio Montrell was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Natalio Montrell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rômulo Soares in the 33rd minute of play. In the 35th minute Wilson Matorin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Natalio Montrell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, GERLIROJO Ψ's Clemente Bortzaioriz got a free kick in the 35th minute. Rômulo Soares took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Natalio Montrell. Natalio Montrell dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Natalio Montrell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eliseu Alagoano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eliseu Alagoano was the one to do the kick off. Natalio Montrell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliseu Alagoano in the 51st minute of the match. The supporters of Al-Fajuth booed when GERLIROJO Ψ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pascual Pitin didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 53 played minutes Rômulo Soares rounded GERLIROJO Ψ's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-4. Natalio Montrell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rômulo Soares in the 56th minute of the match. In the 58th minute Enzo Yalap shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Édouard Mendy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Édouard Mendy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonatan Evarado, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eliseu Alagoano got free with Natalio Montrell in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Natalio Montrell was a little too slow when Eliseu Alagoano got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 87th minute. The score was now 0-6. 91 minutes into the match, GERLIROJO Ψ's goal looked a bit too open when Rômulo Soares came free, but Natalio Montrell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rômulo Soares kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. The supporters of Al-Fajuth booed when GERLIROJO Ψ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mister Estany didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Ciro Meireles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The GERLIROJO Ψ fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Al-Fajuth were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
