Cássio da Silva was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Luis Vázquez was extremely unlucky when he, in the 7th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. If Luis Vázquez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Cássio da Silva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luis Vázquez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luis Vázquez took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cássio da Silva. Cássio da Silva dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. In the 13th match minute, Cachaça FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Armando Trevisan to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 16 minutes, Luciano Luix managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Luganeros AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luciano Luix was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eliseo Bittor struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Cássio da Silva didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Luganeros AFC. Bruninho Abreu made in the 28th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Betinho Custódio immediately put the ball in play. Aurelio Serapio made a great header on Luganeros AFC's corner, it was just that Cachaça FC's Cássio da Silva managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cachaça FC's goalkeeper Cássio da Silva, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
