Bernardo Salbatore received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Juvenal Zanette tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 20 minutes into the game, 狄昆傲 cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Duarte de Sena was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 23rd minute Clodoveo Sugoi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juvenal Zanette saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Jaime Frechoso managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Atlético Ituzaingó's supporters rose to their feet, but Jaime Frechoso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Juvenal Zanette breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 32 minutes into the match, E.C. Galera's 狄昆傲 sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Duarte de Sena narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 狄昆傲 might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Duarte de Sena. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. 狄昆傲 ran back to his position shaking his head. 40 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Ituzaingó's goal looked a bit too open when 狄昆傲 came free, but Duarte de Sena reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 41st minute, Victor Paskal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. 狄昆傲 was the one to do the kick off. The referee ignored E.C. Galera's protests and gave Adrian Botea a yellow card for diving instead. In the 97th minute, Adrian Botea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The E.C. Galera players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
