Alcatraz F.C's Emanuel Ferran got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 8th match minute, Futbol Club RRFV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by João Vítor da Silveira to maneuver through the defense. Sean Litchfield took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 9th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Angelo Velasco. Futbol Club RRFV's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 11 minutes into the match, Alcatraz F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Adhemar Cavalcante came free, but Tiberiu Ghizdeanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 14th minute, João Vítor da Silveira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Miroslav Hejkal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Angelo Velasco made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Futbol Club RRFV's zone, Emanuel Ferran stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Angelo Velasco came out of the goal and Emanuel Ferran tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tiberiu Ghizdeanu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonel Sanches in the 21st minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leonel Sanches in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tiberiu Ghizdeanu saved Alcatraz F.C from getting behind. If Emanuel Ferran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emanuel Ferran in the 39th minute of play forced Futbol Club RRFV's goalkeeper Angelo Velasco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Alcatraz F.C's Emanuel Ferran slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Angelo Velasco. That made the score 1-0 after 43 minutes of play. Alcatraz F.C's Tiberiu Ghizdeanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zézinho Hermes in the 48th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Adhemar Cavalcante made the kick off in the second half. Tiberiu Ghizdeanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adhemar Cavalcante, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Futbol Club RRFV's Adhemar Cavalcante got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 61 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Futbol Club RRFV's André Luís Martins fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. In the 65th minute, Zézinho Hermes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Futbol Club RRFV fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. When the match had gone on for 68 minutes, Mátyás Hunyadi put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Angelo Velasco. In the 73rd minute Adhemar Cavalcante shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiberiu Ghizdeanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alcatraz F.C made a substitution. You Kuan Sheng replaced Miroslav Hejkal. In the 77th minute Alcatraz F.C were awarded a corner. Sean Litchfield went to the cornerflag to take it. Futbol Club RRFV's Angelo Velasco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silvano Orlan in the 80th minute of play. Mátyás Hunyadi scored 3-1 in the 82nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Angelo Velasco, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ronny Man charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ronny Man the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 87th minute, Jarbas Correia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Futbol Club RRFV's goalkeeper Angelo Velasco, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Angelo Velasco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from You Kuan Sheng, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 95th minute, one of Alcatraz F.C:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Alcatraz F.C. Alcatraz F.C's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
