The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to Gladiadores getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Pablo Corral hit a great ball. In the 12th minute, Vygantas Vyšniauskas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 18 played minutes Gladiadores got a freekick which was hit by Pablo Corral. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling 狄昆傲 in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Richard-Dean Textex prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Richard-Dean Textex showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 狄昆傲 in the 23rd minute of the match. E.C. Galera's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Vygantas Vyšniauskas in the 24th minute. 27 minutes into the match, 狄昆傲 had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Richard-Dean Textex. Gladiadores's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that 狄昆傲 was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 狄昆傲 might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Richard-Dean Textex. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. 狄昆傲 ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, E.C. Galera's Killian Cruzado got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Marciano Pettinelli kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. When Fabricio Pereyra fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gladiadores's protests and gave Fabricio Pereyra a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Gladiadores getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. In the 42nd match minute, Gladiadores was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pablo Corral to maneuver through the defense. After the first half E.C. Galera were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dennis Ingemarsson was the one to do the kick off. When E.C. Galera's Vygantas Vyšniauskas got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Vygantas Vyšniauskas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Richard-Dean Textex made a huge save. Juvenal Zanette didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marciano Pettinelli went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Juvenal Zanette took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dennis Ingemarsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 68th minute Gladiadores were awarded a corner. Pablo Corral went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 69th minute Dennis Ingemarsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juvenal Zanette saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 80thth minute of the game 狄昆傲 who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gladiadores's Richard-Dean Textex was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 82 minutes into the game, Marciano Pettinelli cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Juvenal Zanette was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 89th minute, Gladiadores's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after 狄昆傲 fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Killian Cruzado got free with Richard-Dean Textex in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Richard-Dean Textex made an important save on a dangerous shot by 狄昆傲 in the 92nd minute. Pablo Corral hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Igor Vander hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Gladiadores fans cheered their team off the field, for while E.C. Galera had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
