With a little luck, C.A.River Plate's Pierre-Alexandre von Buol-Schaudenstein got control of the ball when Sisebuto Frost tried to sneak it across the goal line. When C.A.River Plate's Otsoa Perojo in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Altay Dağdelen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matai Aranzabal in the 21st minute of the match. Pierre-Alexandre von Buol-Schaudenstein took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emilio Felipe Quintupran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Altay Dağdelen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sun Shi Xi, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. 31 minutes into the match, Dragones Celestes's goal looked a bit too open when Otsoa Perojo came free, but Altay Dağdelen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Otsoa Perojo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 48th minute Matai Aranzabal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Altay Dağdelen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Talha Özakan to make the kick off. With a little luck, Dragones Celestes's Altay Dağdelen got control of the ball when Sun Shi Xi tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match clock showed 61 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Sisebuto Frost sped through C.A.River Plate's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Pierre-Alexandre von Buol-Schaudenstein. The corner ended in Matai Aranzabal almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Dragones Celestes's Altay Dağdelen did a great save. Despite being the better team, C.A.River Plate failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
