Victor Paskal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Ahmet Necdet Secavend made a huge save. A collision led to San Marino İdman Yurdu getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Momčilo Janič hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bernardo Salbatore in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ahmet Necdet Secavend saved San Marino İdman Yurdu from getting behind. Ahmet Necdet Secavend showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clodoveo Sugoi in the 42nd minute of the match. Victor Paskal who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 47thth minute tested the skills of Ahmet Necdet Secavend when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The wind increased when Bernardo Salbatore made the kick off in the second half. Ahmet Necdet Secavend showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victor Paskal, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bernardo Salbatore in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ahmet Necdet Secavend prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Victor Paskal struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Ahmet Necdet Secavend didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Atlético Ituzaingó. The Club Atlético Ituzaingó fans' excitement grew in the 56th match minute when Club Atlético Ituzaingó's Bernardo Salbatore looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 64 played minutes, Club Atlético Ituzaingó's Jaime Frechoso shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ahmet Necdet Secavend came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Club Atlético Ituzaingó reached it. Ahmet Necdet Secavend took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernardo Salbatore, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
