Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Niceto Ihazintu in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Christodoulos Karabogias prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind Caatiba MZC's goalkeeper Ergo Muro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Rodriguinho Linhares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 37th minute, Hélder de Lara left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Nubecitas FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Luisito Puigdellivol charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. When the match had gone on for 96 minutes, Jordi Ferrari put it in 4-3 from a short distance just to the right of Ergo Muro.
