After a defensive mix-up in Club Atlético Ituzaingó's zone, Marco Federigo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Duarte de Sena came out of the goal and Marco Federigo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Prospero Shepherd showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paolo Marino in the 6th minute of the match. In the 8th match minute, Club Atlético Ituzaingó was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eleuterio Bortzaioriz to maneuver through the defense. Marco Federigo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Duarte de Sena tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Paolo Marino in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Prospero Shepherd prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Prospero Shepherd made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victor Paskal in the 22nd minute of play. QUASAR AZULGRANA's Prospero Shepherd played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victor Paskal in the 25th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paolo Marino in the 25th minute of play forced QUASAR AZULGRANA's goalkeeper Prospero Shepherd to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 27th minute, Victor Paskal made a precise shot to the right of Prospero Shepherd. QUASAR AZULGRANA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Duarte de Sena showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marco Federigo, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. In the 31st minute, Eleuterio Bortzaioriz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 40th minute Jeronimo Isadore shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Duarte de Sena saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 41 minutes, Clodoveo Sugoi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Atlético Ituzaingó's supporters crossed their fingers, but Clodoveo Sugoi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 43 minutes into the match, QUASAR AZULGRANA's goal looked a bit too open when Paolo Marino came free, but Prospero Shepherd reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The QUASAR AZULGRANA players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Club Atlético Ituzaingó were winning 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Anier Gaspard to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute Paolo Marino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Prospero Shepherd saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Prospero Shepherd made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Clodoveo Sugoi sent off a good shot on target. With an all-out effort, Club Atlético Ituzaingó's Prospero Shepherd threw himself towards the right post 57 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Clodoveo Sugoi, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 58th match minute, QUASAR AZULGRANA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rosendo Baristo to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, QUASAR AZULGRANA's Prospero Shepherd got control of the ball when Paolo Marino tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Eriberto Lizer fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored QUASAR AZULGRANA's protests and gave Eriberto Lizer a yellow card for diving instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victor Paskal in the 62nd minute of play forced QUASAR AZULGRANA's goalkeeper Prospero Shepherd to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Clodoveo Sugoi succeeded in the game's 65th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-3. 68 minutes into the game, Marco Federigo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Duarte de Sena was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Club Atlético Ituzaingó's Jaime Frechoso was substituted for Clodoveo Sugoi. In the 73rd minute, Victor Paskal made a precise shot to the right of Prospero Shepherd. QUASAR AZULGRANA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. Alfonso Peter could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Prospero Shepherd made a huge save. With a little luck, QUASAR AZULGRANA's Prospero Shepherd got control of the ball when Alfonso Peter tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 87th minute, Club Atlético Ituzaingó's Alfonso Peter dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-6. After 91 minutes of play, Club Atlético Ituzaingó's Bartolo Boni made it 1-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Prospero Shepherd was left in no man's land by his defense there! Club Atlético Ituzaingó made a substitution. Aureliano Ado replaced Orlando Truylos. Club Atlético Ituzaingó's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
